Melanie has been an essential attribute to Dr. Brown since 2014 starting out as Patient Care Coordinator. Her current role behind the scenes as the Practice Manager is to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Melanie’s solid work ethic, combined with a warm smile and a huge heart reflect how she shows up for the team and for the patients. She believes that clear communication and constant reliability are necessary steps for good practice and great patient satisfaction.
She has extensive knowledge of the procedures that Dr. Brown specializes in furthering her commitment to providing quality of care for all patients. When she finds the spare time she enjoys exploring new places with her loving husband and beautiful daughter.
Rachael Rittmueller
Patient Care Coordinator
Rachael will be your liaison from your initial consultation through the time of your procedure. She will assist you with your financial arrangements, schedule your surgery and be available to you for guidance while making your important pre-operative decisions. Dr. Brown and Rachael will create a customized treatment plan specifically designed for each patient. Rachael brings over 5 years of experience in cosmetic surgery. Her cheerful and accommodating nature will allow you to feel like you are talking to your BFF. In her spare time, she loves being active with spin classes, long walks with her family and is constantly on the go with her four beautiful girls.
Valerie Laino
Front Office/Social Media Coordinator
Valerie is behind the daily administrative operations of the practice, keeping the flow constant and smooth. It is her upbeat personality and ability to multitask which makes her an asset to the team. In addition to her front office role, she helps implement, maintain and monitor online marketing strategies by serving as our social media coordinator. Valerie helps us create a more productive work environment while ensuring our patients receive proper care. When she’s not busy in the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and taking care of her loveable Dobermann.
Jane Bien
Medical Assistant
Jane has worked in our practice for more than two years assisting Dr. Brown and the needs of our patients. She will prepare for your visit in such a way, that you feel confident and well-cared for. Her genuine compassion and calm disposition provide an atmosphere of comfort that patients desire, and deserve. Jane prides herself on educating and communicating with each patient. She loves yoga, her adorable cats and spending time with her wonderful sons. Jane’s warm demeanor, combined with her dedicated professionalism, adds up to one Medical Assistant that truly is an asset to our practice.
