Extremely detailed, caring and unbelievably thorough

Dr Brown and team were extremely detailed, caring and unbelievably thorough. From the first meeting, he took the time to answer all of my questions. Justine and the NP team were on top of all follow up appointments and answering emails immediately in Klara. They even gave me flowers post surgery!
